Room 1--Queen size sleigh bed and a private bathroom with a shower. This room has a private open verandah with panoramic views of the ocean.

Room 2--Queen size bed and private bathroom with a shower. This room has two verandahs, one is open and the other is enclosed (with heat if needed.) Has a beautiful view of the ocean.

Room 3--Queen size brass bed and a private bathroom with a shower. This room has a view of the beach and ocean.

Room 4--Queen size bed and a private bathroom with an old fashion claw-foot tub with a shower ring.

Room 10-- Smaller room with a queen bed, it has a private bathroom, with a shower, down the hall. Ocean views from the window seat.

Room 11-- Queen size bed and a private bathroom with an old fashion claw-foot tub with a shower ring. There are two windows from the front window you have a panoramic view of the ocean.

Room 12-- Large room with a queen size bed and private bath. This room has a 5 foot long shower with seats and two shower heads plus jets in bedroom. There are three floor to ceiling windows. One has a view of the beach and ocean the other two have panoramic views looking to the coast of Delaware.

Accommodations and Rates:
$100.00 - 255.00

Rates vary depending on the time of season, if it is a mid-week or weekend stay, and which particular room you prefer. We have nine guest rooms.

Double-occupancy per night. Rates are subject to New Jersey Sales/Room Tax. Children must be 12 years old or older.

A credit card number given at booking secures your reservation. We prefer a 50% deposit made at booking. Single nights are required to be paid in full.

Notice of cancellation is required two weeks prior to date of arrival. Deposits are returned, less a $25 office fee. If cancellation is within two weeks of arrival, we consider the room to be yours unless we can rebook the entire accommodation.

Check-in 2 pm. Late check-ins available.
Check out - 11 am.

All rooms have air conditioning and TVs.

How to find us.... from the end of the Garden State Parkway, go over the bridge and continue on Lafayette Street until the end. You will see Colliers Liquor Store and a parking lot at the end which is Jackson Street. Turn left, then take the second right. At the stop sign turn left and you will be on Perry Street. Continue straight down about 2 blocks and you will see the King's Cottage on the left side.
